Near the fountain de Trebi. Near the famous fountain there are alot of restaurants, the ambience is very romantic. Maybe your boyfriend/ husband will offer you a rose from the people who sell them while your in the restaurant. The fountain is world renowned, La Fontain De Trebi. -

Well honestly i think the best place to have a romantic dinner its at any restaurant there. You should try on by  Fontana di Trevi, its a beautiful view but can be really crowded so don't have a picnic out side. the traffic is hectic to its like they can really hit you they drive anywhere on anything. i had to keep telling them to stop for me . or they will go around you. if you want a picnic you should try close to the Collesium theres a green grassy area and its hardly crowded. next to the holy  roman empire wall drawings that shows how they came to power. its really nice there or at the city ruins, its not crowded and u can see fantastic views of statues and the collisium.
