  1. I'd have to agree with Florida but add that its in one of the man made ski communities. I live on a lake in CT and while I'd rather live there than any other non lake house, I'd still rather be somewhere warmer and private so I don't have to deal with the rest of the world. Happy to be on the water, but stinks to get up at 5AM to ski so I can be home by 9AM before the yahoos get out. And nothing against fishermen, but don't even think of skiing on a tournament day :-)
