Where is the best place to level 40ish level pokemon in leafgreen?

Best place to level pokemon mostly high30's and low 40's

Any answers will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

the cave that articuno is in which is a little down surfing from fushia city. this can gaurantee ice/water pokemon at the requested level.

or you can go to the building at the north west of cinnibar island which has the secret key. there are lots of fire pokemon at the requested level.

or just quit pokemon and do something more fun

I haven't played LeafGreen but if its anything like the original then the best place would be The Unknown dugeon in Cerluen City (Where you fought Misty) All the pokemon in there should be higher than level 40 so that may help

Of course if you want real expirence just fight the Elite Four again and again and again.
