I am thinking of moving to CO by the summer. I really like Boulder but the cost of living is so high. I am looking for a outdoorsy place with a chill atmosphere........... I am also considering attending grad school, I am majoring in Exercise Science.......... any suggestions?

  1. I hear Denver is great if you are a student.

  2. Even though Boulder is a really outdoorsy town, I would also consider maybe Golden, Littleton, Highlands Ranch or Denver as they are similar and pretty close to the mountains and attractions too. Cost of living is much more affordable, and people are very active. Here is a page with a little information about Denver. Good luck and welcome to CO!

  3. There are some smaller towns in Colorado that are not so expensive to live. Another thing you might consider is living just across the border from Colorado in Nebraska or another state. The weather and the atmosphere is largely the same, but the cost will be far less for housing and food etc.
