Please help with some inside information on Maine. We visited the state last week, but were not able to drive around as much as we planned (because of rain). We are looking to move next summer with 2 little kids. So good school system is very important.

They can ride their bikes, 4 wheelers, snowmobiles and enjoy nature without the "big  city" life or danger. Our kids get to enjoy camping, ice fishing, boating, waterskiing, kayaking, catching frogs etc.

There are many organized sports as well for the athletic children. Recently, both of my boys have won their district tournaments for their all star teams in baseball.
