Where is the best place to live in the usa.. Good climate,inexpensive,job?

I just graduated from college and I want to find a place to settle down. I like warm climate, friendly people, good job market and inexpensive. I am willing to move anywhere in the US. I currently live in Oregon. I don't like the weather and it's not racially diverse enough for me here. Any suggestions will help
