Where is the best place to live?

Question

a place not too hot but not cold, and somewhere thats not too expensive to live there

im young and i like shopping, and going to games.

i would be moving alone so i need a place where its easy to meet new people.

Greenville, SC

They have quite a few downtown events where you can meet people.  It's a Southern thing to always welcome newcomers, and you can always go to college football games in Clemson, which is not far.

If you are going for climate I would have to say North Carolina. You have the beach, an extremely mild climate (average temp is 70 degrees) Lots of fun stuff to do. Whats not to love? Pittsburgh still rocks my world though =)
