Where is the best place to purchase an electric razor motorcycle from?

I have a question about those little electric mini motorcycles (=]) that I've seen once at a "friend's" house. Where can I get one for a cheap price? I'm 11 and want it to be cheap for my parents, or cheap for me to "invest" =). Here's one I'm considering from ToysRus.com :

It's called the Razor Pocket Rocket Ride-On. If you know another website that has that for a cheaper price, tell me ;). Or if you know one that has better quality for a little higher price OR cheaper then tell me that to, all answers apriciated!

save up your money untill you can afford a gas powered one,you'll be tired of this toy before you have to recharge it the first time,you only get a 45 minute ride (on level ground)then have to wait 4-6 hours for it to recharge,think about it
