you will be happier with your plants if you buy from a good nursery in your area..... plants that are grown and shipped from an area outside your growing zone may not perform well for you once planted.... like... a crepe myrtle tree can be ordered from a place in zone 7, but it won't grow in zone4.....it will freeze to death.... and a brugmansia ordered from a zone 9 supplier won't grow in zone 7....

buy at home... support your local growers... they'll be there for you if you need them, too....

Definitely choose one that offers a guarantee. I have only been disappointed with mail order plants & highly recommend you visit a garden center so you can see what you really like, the size of what you get for your money & have a real live person you can ask questions.
