Where is the best place to see the Perseid meteor shower on August 12 2008

if it is cloudy in one's area. Is there a place on the internet that one can see it as wel? Is there an archive of meteor showers on the internet?

Because meteors are so fast it is difficult to find a place to watch it online.

Just try to watch on Monday August 11 after midnight until 4 am tuesday August 12.
