Question:

Where is the best place to sell a BMW Automatic?

We have a BMW 3 series couple that we need to sell. Its in great condition and runs well. We have advertised on Auto Trader and quicksell but haven't heard a thing. Can anyone else recommend a good site to advertise. The car is worth over £2000 but we are selling it for £1300 as we need a quick sale.

Any help would be appreciated

  1. hi.I think ebay is your very best bet. I have just sold my car on ebay and got just what I wanted for it.if you know the price you want for it, just put a reserve price on your car and that way you know you will get your price. in the advert just make sure you put .DONT MISS A BARGIN this will attract buyers.... good luck

  2. you can try this two places, good luck!

  3. In previous questions you have said you were 16.

How can a 16 year old have a BMW for sale?

    I smell a SCAM

    .

  4. Why dont you try the ad-mag its free to advertise.

  5. Ebay is as good as any. Give some more details of the car.

Yes, just sussed the '16 year old' comment  - take it as a compliment!!

The reason I ask is I sold my 1994 318iSE Auto, 2 owner, FSH last year for £400 - very, very good condition, just sick of advertising it with no response. For such a good looking car, I'd park it somewhere conspicuous with a for sale sign on it - it'll pay to tax it just to do this, especially with there still being some summer shows on at the weekends.

If I had some spare cash, I'd be interested - I do miss mine!!

  6. Free classifieds you can use - UK and worldwide type http://www.sellit-right.com

A quick sale depends on the buyers interest. many have sold on ebay coz people LIKE whats being sold many have not because of what they are not interested in or just dont like.

Make sure YOU sell it well that means a great and cathcy title and informative short description too.

  7. You could try advertising it on Car Dealr, at http://car.dealr.co.uk/sell-your-car-fre... It's currently free to list on there.
