Aside of going to Vegas are there any other destinations that are perfect for that Special "Legal to Drank" day

It depends if you want to stay in USA.

If your not then caribbean islands are good as at 21 you are legal to drink;)

I am not sure about places in the USA coming from the UK, but if you are looking to go abroad then London or Amsterdam are good places to go and celebrate.
