Where is the best place to start kite surfing in and around Boston, MA?

the closest the best, i don't want to drive 2 hours to the cape for a 2 hour lesson.

I assume that you already know how to windsurf.   You can do that without a 2 hour drive.  So i don't know why you can't kite surf at the same place unless the other windsurfers say that you are interfering with them.  

You really do need to go to the Bahamas or West Indies to really enjoy what the sport has to offer.
