Question:

Where is the best place to stay in the Virgin Islands?

My fiance' and I want a destination wedding, and have decided to go to the Virgin Islands to get married. My two boys will be coming with us. They are 10 and 6. It will probably be just us 4. I am looking for all-inclusive with wedding packages, but I also want it to be kid friendly. I want a lot of fun kid activities with a child-care option. My fiance' and I will have fun no matter what, but I want my kids to have fun and stay busy. Any suggestions?

  1. Hector is right.

Out of these two...you can tell just what kind of a place each one is. Hey,..if your getting married you want nice pictures, a beautiful hotel that everyone in your party will be happy with. Don't go cheap. The bongobay place seemed bare bone.

Congrats 2 both of you! Have a fab time and remember,..you plan on doing this....for the last time...make it a lasting memory.

  2. We only have two all-inclusive resorts in the USVI and they're both in St. Thomas.

The most well known would be the Wyndham Sugar Bay Resort. It's the pricier of the two but it's well worth it. The rooms and facilities there are very nice. Not to mention they have minigolf, bumper boats, a pool and an arcade for the kids. Their spa is well known around here too.

The other all-inclusive is Bolongo Bay Beach Resort. It's more affordable but doesn't have all the posh amenities that Sugar Bay has. On the plus side, the rooms are right on the beach, they have lots of beach toys for the kids, and you're close to Iggie's where something is always going on.
