Where is the best place to study abroad if taking Spanish?

If you are a US citizen one of the easiest places is Puerto Rico.  You don't need a passport because it is a US territory so travel back and forth is easy! It is beautiful there, the people are friendly, great beaches and snorkeling.

Oh wow, hmm... theres so many gorgeous places that speak Spanish! How 'bout, Paraguay, Chile, Honduras, Argentina or Spain?
