There really is no such thing as "great" surf in NE but if you need to know then I would say Marble Head in MA.

You should really move to Ca,Or or Wa if you want to really surf.

i live in northern mass and all the really good places to surf are kept secret so sorry i cant give them away. Alot of the common good places to surf around new england are: RI- narraganestte beach, matunik/ MA- cape cod/ nh-hampton beach/ Maine- york. Hope this is helpful your best bet is to just drive up an down the coast when the surf is good an find you own spots, good luck
