  1. Brad, you have several choices. I cannot state that any are the "Best".  The two websites below contain more information, you're looking for real estate salesperson (not broker)

When looking for a pre-license class, I do not suggest an online course. There are some offered over one week and part time over 3 weeks.

    http://www.cis.state.mi.us/bcsc/forms/re...

http://www.michigan.gov/dleg/0,1607,7-15...   lots of information about real estate.

There is math involved in the exam and you will encounter some math with every transaction. More ephasis is placed on Fair Housing and real estate laws than math.

You will need to pass your pre-license class before being allowed to take the State exam, which is online.

Some classes will require you to be accepted by a real estate broker. For a new agent, go with a large company. They will offer the additional training classes needed. If you are not happy with one company, do not be afraid of going to another.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact me privately.

  2. google it.

  3. If you are looking to be a sales agent or a broker any community college should offer them as well as some real estate brokers offices. I would contact one of the two or both and see what they have to offer you. With the market being as bad as it is right now start with brokers or sales agencies. They may offer a discount on classes. And the math isn't too difficult.
