Where is the best place to take surfing lessons?

i am going to flordia this week.everyone says at ronjons surf shop gives lessons.

no man the locals. you go out since your a chick they will for sure give you tips and its free. all you do is say its your first time and ask for some help and youll get dudes lining up to help who have bin surfing forever. just get ready for some pervin man u gotta ignore that stuff but theyll teach u how to surf man. like no other

The surf school at Cocoa Beach Surf Company is larger then the Ron Jon School, plus it has trained, certified instructors that also are ranked competitive surfers.  It is located on the bottom floor of the CBSC building, on the beach side, and across the street from Ron Jon's.

just rent a board or buy one and go somewhere early in the morining and practice. during the day go somewhere not too crowded.
