Contact your Unit Commissioner or District Executive and ask for assistance and other ideas.

The BSA does not permit its units to participate in raffles, as they feel each donation should have a value associated with it, and some consider raffles as gambling. Did the pack do the fall fund raiser?

Try local video stores for movie posters and collateral marketing items that can be used as door prizes.

Contact local businesses and ask for items that could be placed in a "silent auction."

try and talk to a mall manager to try outside one of there places , just stay clear of the ACLU , they will try and shut you down.
