You could try Melting Pot in Troy or Lelli's in Auburn Hills.  Both are great places, just depends on what she is into.  Good luck!

I second the idea for The Melting Pot.

PF Chang's is really nice.

It depends on what kind of food you want to go get. I think a lot of the Italian restaurants in the area are really good, especially Andiamo's and Brio.
