Where is the best resort for skiing?

i want to know what the best resort for skiing is , preferably in canada

I've not long been back from Obertauern in Austria. It was fab so was the the apres ski.

In Canada there is a place called Jasper (i think you spell it like that) and apparently its an awsome place to ski as the snow is perfect and the routes are great. i havn't been there myself but my friend told me about it and it sounds great.

another really good place to go is Austria. Its cheaper and still a great place to go. We went to a place called Soll and that was excelent. My family and I have been to 3 ski resorts and so far we think Austria is the best.

The best has to Whistler-Blackcomb in BC, second Banff, Lake Louise, in Ab, third probably Sun Peaks in BC.  

   All three offer top snow and a very good to outrageously top of the world resort experience.

In Canada it's Whistler-Blackcomb, lots of terrain and pretty good snow.

A few to choose from, but it really depends on what you want to get out of it, some popular choices might be :

1. Whistler, BC  ( well known for quality snow, excellent choice of trails on two mountains, fantastic array of on-snow activities and great apres-ski times )

2. Big White/Silver Star  ( two resorts on one ticket deal, both great mountains with loads of terrain and suited to all levels, top resort facilities and AAA quality snow.)

3. Banff and Sun Peaks tied for third, both excellent in their own right, snow terrain is high quality and fluffy snow drifts on and off-piste are favourites with locals, consistent falls and trails to keep you very busy..

Many more are up there too, but again depends on what YOU like.

Summing up.... Whistler is rated consistently high in reviews due to all round quality across all facilities and has won rave reviews in travel related articles written by experts across the globe...
