Where is the best retail outlet to buy a hands free device for my Blackberry Pearl phone?

I don't want to order it online so I'd like a retail outlet where I can go and pick it up.

I assume you are talking about a bluetooth headset.  I would suggest Best Buy.. and though I know you didn't ask for a recommendation, let me just say that the Jawbone 2 is by far the best bluetooth headset out there.  It's pricey... but I have yet to read a review that didn't peg the Jawbone as the best headset.  Good luck!
