Where is the best romantic 3 day vacation spot in Oregon/Washington Area?

Sept. 15-17 I am trying to plan a getaway for my girlfriend and I. We are 25 and 29 and enjoy wine and mountain biking. We are tired of "the coast". She loves to knit and some sort of hot tub/spa is manditory.

There are wine/spa packages available at most McMinnamins large hotels, you could venture out to forrest grove then go to some of the local wineries as well. oak knoll, amity etc. there's also hotel oregon up in olympia. i'm not sure what else is out there. you can also try bend, there's lots of out door activities and eateries wine tastings, horse back riding and such. have a nice trip!

You should come to Mcminnville.  Stay at one of the local bed and breakfasts. There are numerous wineries that you can tour and the aviation museum is here.  We're also close to Mt Hood.  It's a beautiful area, you will love it!
