Todai Restaurant.  I've known about them since the late 80s and their sushi is always fresh but their BBQ and tempura dishes are worth the trip.

The best buffet I've been to that also has seafood is the Ritz Carlton Marina Del Rey's brunch buffet every Sunday.  You definitely need a reservation!!!

But it has unbelievable food, crab legs, shrimp, oysters on the half shell, etc. on top of having some of the best prime rib ever, an omelet station and all the fixings, but it also has a CAVIAR BAR!!!  All you can eat caviar - salmon, red caviar and osetra, which is my personal favorite!  

It's $65 a person, including champagne.  :)  LOVE IT!!

There arent any....well any ones that i would set foot in. All we have out here are chinese buffets who lurk people in by advertising "seafood buffet" and when you get there all there is is 3 hour old nearly spoiled snow crab and some old stuffed oysters. Have you heard of Todai?,its pretty decent, its an asian buffet that primarily offers sushi and other kinds of asian food. If your just looking for crab legs theres this place called Amber Waves in the knotts berry farm hotel, they offer an all you can eat crab leg and prime rib buffet on the weekends, and its only like 22 bucks. Seriously though becarefull at the asian buffets, most of them get shut down by the health inspectors. Happy eating

Hands down, it's the Sierra Cafe located in the Universal Hilton.  They only have their seafood buffet Fri-Sun evenings though.
