ebay. you can get new and used ones from ebay and in massive boxes of different figures and rings and belts and stuff. i dont have a credit card so i cant buy them, but there are usually loads of pictures and they are usually honest because otherwise they get negative feedback.

sometimes they have figures at the forbidden planet shops and they often have sales.
