Lots of my old SA rugby mates used to go to Sunny Side Up near Shepherds Bush, the Redback in Ealing Common and the Shebeen behind the George and Dragon, Acton.  They're not SA bars as such but have the atmosphere.  Oh, and the Church of course, at Bagleys on a Sunday morning
