my favourite has always been down the huge creeks, get some corn to catch carp of course and just put it in!

If you are wanting to fish without paying for a charter I would suggest "Shady Camp" or "Daly River".  

Tip: Crocodiles only run fast in a straight line so weave from side to side if one comes out to the water at you.

If you want to go with a charter I can recommend going to Gove.
