Coca Restaurant at Takashimaya. ;-D

The price tag maybe on the high side. But if you are looking for quality, unique dish (restaurant made not available outside), and nice environment, its definitely Coca.

Other steamboat restaurant provide local delights which you can mostly get it off the shelf or in the market added with lots of seasoning. Personally I like the "cabbage pockets" served at Coca.

there are many good steamboat places in singapore....one where you could have a large varieties at a fixed price is somewhere in marina south. another good one is along beach road, at golden mile complex

At Beach Road,  basement of Golden Miles Shopping Centre, and Ang Mo Kio Ave 1 coffee shop Blk. 320+. Let me brief you on this steamboat, is supposed to be taken during the lunar New Year by the Teochew. During this period of time, the weather in Southern China is end of winter and the beginning of spring, thus very cooling weather. (12 to 16 ged.C) It is of not suitable taken here in Singapore, feel the hot climate all round year. Never mind, enjoy your steamboat.
