Depending on your design theres plenty of good places

Jetty Rd is good and Tattoo Cave Salisbury

There is a good one on Jetty Rd Glenelg. I dont know the name - on the right as you head towards the beach, about 2/3 the way down the road - upstairs.

There are a few, Semaphore Road Tattoo at Semaphore, but long waiting lists, Ink pit on Anzac Hwy, theres Gomer on Grange Road, but again a year to wait. I think the best and oldest is "The Tattoo Gallery" on Rundle Street, ask for Dave, he's fantastic, good pricing and great work  .http://www.tattoogallery.com.au/index.ht...
