Where is the best to search for Australian Jobs that are not recruitment type?

I'm considering relocating to Australian, and I would like to have a job before I get there, or atleast an intereview. The problem is I don't know where to look for jobs. I have tried newspapers and it seems most of the jobs advertise are by recruitment agencies.

However, most employers use Recruiting Agencies, but the employer pays the recruiter. The job seeker pays nothing. It is illegal for a recruiter in Australia to ask for fees from a job seeker and the employer can not dock your pay to pay off the recruiter either.
