  1. The back seats of almost any coaster will give you a rougher ride, but they will also provide you with the fastest feeling of any car in a train.  The middle cars (if you arent directly above a wheel) usually provides you with a good overall ride.  I also like to ride in the inside seat (the side closest to the loading side) especially if there is a spiral in the track.  makes you feel like you are in a bit more danger.  Have fun!

  2. It depends if you are a thrill seeker or not. I do not recommend the back. I went to Cedar Point and rode Blue Streak in the back. Horrible results, headache, backache, and it wasn't even fun. If you can, sit in the front. Thrill-seekers find heaven there. It is a feeling of flight and you don't have an problems with the G-forces. If you want to ride the coasters, but you aren't extremly looking for thrills, sit in the middle. It is really fun still, and you don't have to worry about falling out or pain. Wherever you want will probably still be fun!

Hope you have a good time,

    Matt from CA

  3. i do say first to avoid the smell of people when they get scared... (and somewath the same as if you drinked too much alcohol, ehem you know.. .the part where you give it back... xD)

anyways in that seat you can avoid any throw or shoot. xD

  4. The front row is good because you can see everything and it's fun to be able to look at what your riding, but it's bad because there is usually a longer wait for the Front Row on most Roller Coasters. Another choice would probably in the middle if your scared of the ride and you don't want to see what's coming up and you don't wanna go to fast, but this is bad because you can't see much of the ride which makes the ride less fun. The last choice would probably be the last row because the last row goes the fastest on all Roller Coasters, and again the bad thing about the back row is you can't see what's coming up and it makes the ride less fun, but the faster speed makes up for it. Hope I helped, and enjoy riding!

  5. in the middle because your not in the front so u dont have as much screaming and not in the back so u can get down the big hills before the people in the back do.

  6. the front

  7. This really depends on what you want and the type of coaster you are riding.  Since you said "best" I imagine you want the seats that give you the most G-Forces and thrill.

On a long train(multiple rows with 2-4 in each row) you get the most effects on either the front or the back row.  Now the Physics says that the front and back travel at the same speeds.  But the front tends to have more of a "pushing" feeling because you have the entire mass of the train behind you.  While the back tends to have more of a whip feeling, because it is being pulled by the entire mass that is now in front.  The one added advantage of the front is that you can get more of a "thrill" because you see nothing but the track in front of you.

Now on a short train(few rows with many people in each row). Except for the "thrill" factor that the front still give you a track view, the front/back does not matter as much as the sides.  Because of the various forces, you will get more forces if you sit on the outside seats rather than the middle.

  8. The seat all the way in the front or the seat all the way in the back.

    Those are my options

  9. back to go faster. front to see t. middle if ur scared

  10. front- fun...you get to see the whole track in front of you instead of the seat

middle- boring... unless your scard and want to play it safe

back- THRILLER!!!... makes you go really fast and swings you around

  11. The front is best if you want to see what's ahead and get the full feel of the ride (Your eyes might water from the wind).

The back is best if you want to actually be moved more by the loops, corkscrews, drops, etc.

Personally I prefer whatever car is closest to the front. If you can wait for the next train to get the very front seat, do it.

(P.S. Yankee Cannonball and The Corkscrew are fun at Canobie Lake Park)
