STA would be a better choice especially if you are studying as they have special price for students.

You can book directly with Contiki, or go to any travel agency.  There's no 'best agent' as the tours, prices and conditions will be exactly the same whoever you choose.

You are better off going on an independent tour.  Look up www.australia.com and click on the links for their Premiere Aussie Specialists.  They are listed per state.  These Premiere Specialist know Australia the best and can set up a tour to your liking (and not Contikis)!   Have a good trip.

Contiki tours are mad fun ..... you can go to any travel agent, i went thru sta travel and they were awesome.... they sat me down and went thru my whole holiday and flights etc, don't go to flight centre they say they will get you the cheapest price but it's not.... look around before you book.....

ew contiki tour. it doesn't matter which travel agent you go to it's still going to be a bunch of drunken and lecherous twelve year olds gettin their first passport stamp....
