South Pacific is obviously the best.  But Hawaii has some of the most gorgeous reefs in the world.  For local places in North America....Cozumel has gorgeous fish.  Bahamas are gorgeous too.

I just love Santa Maria Bay in Cabo San Lucas.The water is crystal blue and  soooo warm.The fish are big, beautiful and plentiful.The colors are breathtaking! We have had the place nearly to ourselves everytime we have gone.
