  1. the point they calculate mileages from is Charing Cross ... see

  2. Do you mean greater London or the City of London?

  3. When you see signs that say London is however many miles, its the distance to Charing Cross, so that is also classified as centre. But although Traflagar Square is nearby, there are no monuments to highlight that it is the centre.

  4. You cannot pin point exact locations as the center, in such big cities.

London grows bigger and bigger every day in all different directions, so an exact center point would change daily.

However, I do know that Piccadilly Circus is always classified as London's central point.

Although in location terms it probably isn't in the exact center.

To get the exact center you would have to look on a brand new map of the city.

  5. Charing Cross, Westminster

  6. I'm not sure where the "exact" middle is, but any measurements are taken from Charing Cross, just near Trafalgar Square if that's what you mean...

  7. The cemetery is the dead centre of London :)

hohohohohohoho, I have no idea, though.
