Yes, Florida is good. That's where the last group of Islamic students got their training to collide with large buildings.

www.jetuniversity.com  says they offer a job GUARANTEE IN WRITING or your MONEY BACK.  I would get my ratings with them and then NOT get the job.  That is a free commercial pilots license my friend!!!

No, but really, don't go the cheapest route, make sure you have a good instructor and airplane.  A degree in something helps too............

Depends on a lot of things.  What ratings are you actually going for and what ratings do you already have?  I found that is Florida, there are a lot of schools that give good training and have reasonable pricing.
