  1. Coventry and Birmingham used to be and may still be. Due to the car factories being there.

It varies from location to location depending on what you want:I live in Mid Wales, anything petrol doesn't sell, but down South they're not into big diesels: In London, you can get good money for a petrol Range Rover, but no-one will touch them here...Citroens & Fiats are dirt cheap here: I bought a lovely one owner Citroen Xsara, immaculate and 5 years old for £400, absolutely spotless, and a woman from Sussex came to buy it when I put it on Ebay & thought it was suspiciously cheap at £800.
