just do them yourself or get a friend to do them.. otherwise the cheapest is prob gunna be at the colleges there.. and let students do them

i would say the cheapest hair solon is in raliegh i been their and the hold thing cost less than 20 dollars now say thats not cheap u cant can u

It usually depends on the length of hair. Mine is just above my shoulders and I get a dry cut. I go to a hairdressers in the metrocentre, I don't recall the name but it is above M&S , opposite Abbey.

It costs me £11 and I have always been very happy with how it turns out.
