  1. morrisons! loads of 2 for 1s

  2. i like asda, i work for morrissons i would not spend money in there. asda is very cheap and i also like a shop called aldi... good products and cheap

  3. You really have to shop around and compare prices.  Some items r cheaper at tesco, others at asda.  I now know where to buy certain things.  On the whole asda is slightly cheaper but then tesco do better offers i.e. buy 1 get 1 free.

  4. asda because i shop there every week and ive tried the others and their definately more expensive

  5. Morrisons feels cheapest,however,how about Aldi,Lidl,Netto,even Kwiksave?

not much there I want to eat,but I hear theyre cheap

  6. Morrisons. They also do a lot of 2 for 1. COOP is the most expensive!

  7. When I was living in England I liked Tesco. Asda was good too but it was a little farther away than Tesco from where I lived. Try to find which is the cheapest AND closest.

  8. tesco do rellly cheap own brad food its nasty  i shop at morrisons cos its good quality food at resonable price

  9. netto

  10. none of these try lidl or aldi

  11. i have shopped at all these in the past and i always find morrisons cheapest as they have so many buy one get one free's. although i do like the sainsburys taste the difference range. i sppose it comes down to location and which is easiets/nearsest to you. i usually save on average 30 pounds in morrisons compared to asda.

  12. the 4 supermarkets you have mentioned will all sell the same produce and they all have various offers on variuos products all the time. the best thing to do is decide for your self which supermarket you prefer to shop in - considering shop layout, location to home/work, their own brand foods etc. and then shop wisely!

buying 2-4-1 on products you know you like and would buy normally, buying special offers that can be frozen etc.

earlier this week I bought 5 packets of sainsburys taste the difference king prawns to freeze for christmas day. £2.99 per pack instead of £5.99 - bargain!

  13. Sainsbury is the most expensive, the other 3 average about the same on a full week's shopping.  It depends what you buy to some degree.  I like Tesco.

  14. Morrison's!!

  15. Morrisson and Asda have the reputation for being the cheapest. However, good luck finding any in central London.

  16. In general Asda. But remember on many things such as fresh fruit & veg, ready meals, own brands etc the quality will be in the price.

So for example if an apple is 20p at Asda, but 30p at Sainsbury's, the latter will be better quality.

The general scale for me is:

    Waitrose (9/10 quality, 3/10 price)

    M&S (9/10 Quality 5/10 price)

    Sainburys (8/10 Quality, 7/10 price)

    Tescos (7/10 Quality, 8/10 price)

    Morrisons (7/10 Quality, 8/10 price)

    ASDA (6/10 Quality, 9/10 Price)

remember when it comes to fresh stuff you get what you pay for!

  17. They all have different prices and there is not a lot of difference as they all use different products that they put on offer as loss leaders, to get you to shop with them, but on the whole they tend to be average over a range of shopping.

  18. asda.

  19. Morrisons and Asda.Nice quality of product too.

  20. check out this site

    http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/GettingSt...

compares the four big super markets for you

  21. asda is the cheapest although morrisons have a lot of buy one get one free offers which in my opinon makes you buy more stuff you dont really want but you get it cos its on offer.
