  1. you should live in goa India.. for 200 thousand dollars you would have a luxury 4 bedroom villa by the sea with the best of the amenities you can think of.. however u would miss the hustle and bustle of new york but otherwise it has everything else.... from supermarkets to cars to electricity, multi cuisin restuarants, clubs pubs , discos etc.... just my 2 cents he he

  2. how developed are you looking for?  paved roads, 24/7 convenience stores?  The US has a lot of really small, inexpensive places to live, with nearby amenities.  I owned a 3br, 2 bath home in a bedroom community a few years ago and it cost me just over $35,000.  it was a nice place to live.  just an hour away now, and my home cost $175,000, 2 br, 1.5bath.

  3. ANY WHERE IN THE MIDWEST. TRY THE HEARTLAND!

  4. First of all, it depends all on the things you want to buy. In some countries alcohol is cheap, in other countries prostitutes.

Secondly, what is developed for you? All the places have experienced a development leading to the current situation.

For me personally, I would answer Tomsk or Omsk, at least a city on the SK-endings travel (not to mix up with the NSK-endings travel (Murmansk, Minsk, Gdansk)).
