Where is the cheapest place in the world to buy property?

Detroit, Michigan.  Cheaper than Ethiopia because you can't own the land if you are a foreigner in Ethiopia. /

Etheopia, basically any third world country.  But why would you want to?  You can get a nice piece of land for a reasonable price in Mexico, but for value you need to stick with spending a bit more in developed or developing countries.

Any 3rd world country is right but keep in mind if your not from that country- the government can take it away from you too.  Your not in america anymore- you don't have any rights in some countries.
