I buy all my pointe stuff from either discountdance.com or allaboutdance.com

Check out Amazon. Everything is cheaper there, and they carry most of what you'll find in Discount Dance, Just for Kix, or All About Dance. You can also check those websites though.

are you looking to strengthen the shoe? i used acrylic glue. you can find it at a hardware store or maybe even an art supply store.
