Where is the cheapest place to get 2” conduit.?

I’m going to need about 100’ cheapest locally is around $24 for a 10’ which I feel is way high there has to be a cheaper option.

What are you going to need 100' of Conduit for( what type of job)? Where do you live country, and or state?

There may be an alternative to what you are looking for just need more information.

If code allows, use PVC electrical conduit.  If it does not, then you are in a specialized situation.  

Your numbers suggest $240 cost.  How much effort are you willing to expend to save a few nickels on a critical application?
