ebay no question. get a giant or a fuji bike. they are the best deals for the money

Depends on your budget...

Are you are just looking for two basic bikes, used, for say vacation, or riding around the neighborhood... i.e general purpose?

Craigslist.org has lots of bike listings, at all price points.

If you have an REI near you, they have Buy/Trade/Swap boards, and you might find something.

Bike shops sell new bikes at all price points...  

Local bike stores are the best source for support and service too.

now take it you did say CHEAPEST but wal mart sells bikes brand new for less than $200 thats about as low as you will get
