  1. Probably North Dakota or Nebraska. I've looked into real estate prices in both locales and it is next to nothing. Then again, there are a lot of other places like that (found a HUGE business building for sale out in Kansas for about $40,000... found a house in Illinois for about $12,000).

Basically, anywhere in the sticks. Even Upstate New York is pretty inexpensive regarding real estate (plus you don't have to pay taxes on food or clothing)!

  2. There's a bunch of people living under the North slough bridge and I'm pretty sure they pay nothing.  I'd say that makes it one of the cheapest--plus there is a target and a safeway nearby with lots of dumpsters so they can go shopping and eating at the same time.  Only thing I think they pay for is cigs and booze cause the needles they get free from the needle exchange people.

  3. Laughlin, Nevada

  4. A Federal Prison.

Why? Because the inmate is allowed conjugal visits, he pays no taxes, bills, has free medical, 3 free meals a day, a library, Internet, sports, free college, and many more free bees those of us have to work for on the outside. It seems as though crime does pay.

  5. Missouri!!

  6. West Virginia

There is absolutely nothing there !

  7. Not sure of the total package but the least tax'ed state is Oklahoma. That's total tax including federal, state, and local.
