Live in Malta. No insect or rodent problems. English speaking. Safe and still one of the cheapest places to live in Europe. Weather is good also. Hot in summer. Winter usually about 65 in the daytime, a little cooler at nite. Friendly people, and layed back way of life.

It depends on what country u live in. U would be very hard pressed to find anywhere on the planet that doesnt have insect or rodents, infact everywhere has axcept  the south pole.
