Since demand is still higher than supply, I don't think you'll get even a used Wii for less than $200, unless it's broken.

Try craigslist in your local area. You can browse through the electronics or put up a wanted ad for one. I don't think you'll find one for 20 dollars, but it will be cheaper than the usual 200 dollars it goes for. Good luck!

Not even a good Wii game cost that much I don't think you can get it that cheap
