Two are close.  Lordsburg is about 42 miles, Deming is about 46 miles.  So if you are a bit farther east or west from Silver City, it could make a slight difference.  Or if the train you're taking is going west (or coming from the west), go to Lordsburg; if east, go to Deming, and you'll save a bit on the fare.
