Do you mean the ALDL (Assembly Line Diagnostic Link)? It's behind the cigar lighter trim piece on the center console. Remove the two torx screws and lift that black panel out and you should see it.

If you are referring to the actual plugs that plug into the computer, it's all behind the center console, between the seats, on the firewall.
