  1. Aquila contains Altair, which is part of the summer triange with Deneb of Cygnus and Vega of Lyra

  2. http://www.stellarium.org/

This is great freeware that you can download.  It will answer this and much more for you in the future.  Just tell it where you are and it will tell you what you see.

  3. The constellations that border Aquila are Aquarius, Capricornus, Delphinus, Hercules, Ophiuchus, Sagitta, Sagittarius, Scutum, and Serpens.

  4. As Eddie stated, Altair is Aquila's brightest star, Altair makes up the southernmost part of the common "Summer Triangle" asterism.

In relation to well known and bright or large constellations, it  is south of Cygnus and Lyra, East of Ophiuchus, north of Sagittarius, and west (and a little bit north) of Aquarius.
