  1. The Elk in the Woods on Camden Passage in Islington (just off Upper Street)

really good food great service and a cool crowd of people

  2. Without doubt Patisserie Valerie at Spitalfields. The building is totally glass fronted and great to watch the world go by. There is a fantastic selection of cooked food and the cake selection is amazing, so save room. There is also the upstairs brasserie if you want silver service but personally I prefer the ground floor.

    37, Brushfield Street, E1

    Tel. 020 7655 493

  3. Your local Iceland.

  4. I'd have to say wagamama's its not every ones cup of tea but I love it. Go there for brunch or even dinner, in fact whenever you feel like it

  5. Smiths of Smithfields. Fantastic cooked brunch.

  6. Smiths of Smithfield is amazing - does a fantastic eggs benedict. Also Joe Allens is good. Been to both and highly recommend them. Especially after a big night out the day before!

  7. Cool people don't eat 'brunch'. Nobody has eaten 'brunch' since the mid 80s.

  8. The Tate Gallery restaurant. Amazing surroundings. Really cool. Good service and nice food. You have to book though as it is very successful.
